Marco has used the humble Knorr stock cube in his kitchens for over 30 years. In his naturally creative way, Marco used Knorr not only as traditional stock but also as a seasoning as he discovered it to be more forgiving than salt and pepper.

In 2006, Knorr and Marco got together and a fantastic collaboration was born with Marco becoming the natural ambassador of his favourite ingredient, the Knorr stock cube. In this role he promotes good cooking in the home, and demystifies his Michelin-starred techniques to make them accessible to everyone.
